Patient Survey for PwME in Suffolk and North East Essex

Let's Talk SNEE!

As you know rewritten NICE Guidance for the care of people with M.E. and CFS was
published last year (October 2021).  M.E. and CFS services for adults and children are currently being reviewed by the local NHS in the light of the new guidance. 

Suffolk and North East Essex (SNEE) NHS are asking for patient feedback via a short survey. The survey is mainly tick boxes and quick and easy to complete. There also free text boxes for you to add in any further comments.

The survey:

• Asks some demographics questions
• How you prefer to receive information from the service 
• Which elements of the care and support plan are important to you
• How prefer your well-being needs to be met
• How often you would like your GP to review your care and support plan
